2009/2010 Registration Information

Registration for the 2009 – 2010 Junior Mavericks Travel Hockey Season will take place at the Glacier Ice Arena.

Sept. 10th - 5:30pm-7:30pm
Sept. 11th - 5:30pm-7:30pm
Sept. 12th - 2:00pm-5:00pm

Registration Requirements

• All forms must be printed out, filled in, and brought to registration

•  No player will be allowed to participate in tryouts until all forms are complete and turned in.  

• $500 initial payment is due at registration

• $100 volunteer deposit due at registration (separate check to be held until your 8 hours of volunteer time is complete)

• First year players MUST bring a copy of their birth certificate to registration

• Register for the 2009-2010 Parent Education Program (Colorado Avalanche Cares)

**Very Important**

Every player must register at USA Hockey website (http://www.usahockey.com/).

STEP 1: Complete the online registration process and you will receive a confirmation page that confirms you are registered with USA Hockey and your Affiliate.

STEP 2: Bring your confirmation page to registration. This step is required to ensure that all USA Hockey benefits are in place.

*You must be 18 years or older to participate in Online Registration. If you are not 18 years of age or older, a parent or guardian must complete this process on your behalf.
